Clearcast clearance

We can manage the entire process from script submission through to final clocked film. You choose how much support you want or need and our extensive client base means we work with most of the executives at Clearcast.

Cinema Clearance

We can help you manage CAA and BBFC clearance and certification as well as working with your producer to ensure the films are distributed as required thereafter.

Managing playout to broadcasters

We will place orders for playout and liaise with media buyers or account teams or clients directly to make sure copy is sent to all the broadcasters that need it.

TV copy rotation instructions

Working with CARIA (we are the largest users of Caria currently in the UK) or on manual instructions we will liaise with clients, media buyers, agency account team to ensure the correct copy rotation is sent to TV stations in an accurate and timely manner.

Artiste contracts and usage

We can negotiate usage and issue appropriate contracts or release forms to talent for any medium.

International clearance

We are able to manage clearance through all the major clearance bodies around the world and assist with pre-clearance advice in those without one.

International distribution

We can manage playout to any market around the globe.

Radio clearance (RACC)

RACC clearance is required for all radio spots being broadcast in the UK, this happens at script stage only and we can manage the submission for you.

Applying for child licenses

Applying for child performance licenses can be a tedious and time consuming job. We can take the stress out of it for you and co-ordinate between parents, agents and LEA's to get your licenses accurately issued and on time... We recently managed 111 licenses for a Leo Burnett shoot in just over 3 weeks from start to finish!
