Lisa has worked in mainstream advertising for more than 25 years on both the Agency and Client side. She has worked in the UK and Canada across a number of high profile Clients
In the early 80s as an account executive Lisa worked on the launch of the teen magazines for EMAP. Wanting to experience life from the other side of the fence she became a client by joining Barclays Bank on the Youth Marketing team specialising in marketing to young savers and students.
In 1986 she joined the London start up of New York agency, Griffin Bacal, the then agency of record for Hasbro, MB and Playskool worldwide. She worked across all the brands as Account Manager for 3 years leaving only to take advantage of an opportunity to work in Toronto for Palmer Bonner Bozell. During her stint at PBB she worked on multi award winning campaigns for HP Foods and First Choice amongst other busy accounts. From there to Grey working on Proctor & Gamble Cover Girl cosmetics until family dragged her back to the UK in 1993.
As Associate Account Director for Keith Shafto & Associates, Lisa ran a team across all the agency accounts. KSA specialised in marketing to kids so brands included Bluebird Toys, Waddingtons Games, Hornby Hobbies and Topps. At that time the agency was producing around 250 kid-orientated commercials a year.
During this time she was instrumental in setting up an international adaptation programme for Topps Worldwide for all their candy and publishing businesses in over 44 different countries.
In 1996, recognising a niche in the market she resigned as Associate Account Director at Keith Shafto & Associates to set up the Traffic Bureau to service agencies and advertisers alike.
15 years on the Traffic Bureau is the largest outsourced traffic specialist in the UK and the only one with international expertise. Lisa and her team of administrators are managing thousands of commercials for over 150 clients in the UK, Eire and a variety of overseas markets. In 2006 she joined forces with Adstream and TTB became a wholly owned subsidiary. Lisa has continued to manage TTB which has grown from strength to strength.
